Hi,

I paid £19.99 for this Mac app through iTunes store but it didn't tell me there was a free version on the Gigaset website.

The app also did not work, which is how I ended up finding out about the free app.

I'd like a refund please.

There's no free version of GigaSync.

There is a free version of software which does the same thing.

At the point of sale on the Mac appstore page, the lack of this information is misleading. I would not have bought this software if I had known this.

In terms of a refund, you are saying that I need to speak to Apple then?

Your response is cold and unfriendly. Not a very positive interaction.
