Having installed Mail Scheduler Pro, I am unable to get the test 'send' to succeed. A quick question, incase the issue is not at my end: Does Mail Scheduler Pro work fine under Mavericks?

My unsuccessful settings are shown below (iCloud account in Europe), if this helps.....

Apple recently made some changes which dis-allows accessing iCloud using smtp. Some users have been able to use iCloud, but many don't.
The best solution at this moment is using the servers of Google (GMail). In your GMail account settings you can add your iCloud email address.
This allows you using the GMail servers for both your GMail email address and your iCloud email address.

Thank you of the clarification, Bert.

I'm not a fan of Gmail: I'll wait until the issue with iCloud is resolved by Apple.....

All the best

One thing to try is using iCloud but leaving the domain name out of your username. So xxxx instead of xxx.me.com.
In general: most of the time you can also just use the mail server of your isp.
