 Post subject: Unable to download from device

All of a sudden my device isn't showing any tracks in MTR. The Log Data window says it's 2% used but if I try to read/download the data it just leaves the lines blank. Any idea what I might need to delete/reset to get this to work again? It worked great initially.

You might want to try to force a fresh read. This can be done by clicking read while pressing one of the special keys (check manual for which key).

Hi,

Thanks. I'll try that tomorrow. I used MTR to do a factory reset on the device so I'll get some info back onto it then try to download again tomorrow. I will post back after that.
