Hello,

I have problem on connecting BT-Q1000 with Mac Travel Recorder.
I am using MacPro 2009 with OSX 10.6.4 running in 64bit mode.
Latest Software and VCP drivers were installed. I turn on my logger, plug into usb, start the software, there is no SALB_USBtoUART for me to choose, and I am unable to connect.

So I tried on my MacBookPro with OSX 10.6.4 but running in 32bit mode.
Both software and drivers were installed as well, SALB_USBtoUART was shown this times, but it won't connect, tried all baudrate already....won't work.

And I will take some trips soon, kind of urgent, could anybody help ? thanks a lot.

Try playing with the switch of the gps. It needs to be in a certain state before you can use the usb port.

Hello,
Thanks for reply. It switched to "Log" position before plug into USB port. It work on the same machine with Parallels WinXP with Original software, but not work on Mac side.

To be sure: you're not running Parallels WinXP at the same time?
What kind of error do you get?

Thanks....not at the same time.
But this problem was solved after I installed the older USB drivers from Silicon Lads and 32Bit mode.
