On page 10 of the manual, you state "When Mac Travel Recorder reads the information from your GPS Data Logger, all information is stored in a database. So even when you erase the memory of your GPS Data Logger, the waypoints and tracks are still known by Mac Travel Recorder. Due to this you don’t have to connect your GPS Data Logger if you want to GeoTag your photos"

Questions:
1) Is the save to the database automatic?
2) How do you access that database after opening MacTR?

Thanks

John

Yes.

From the tab "data Log List", Control-Click in the Read-button.

Thank you.

Now I have another problem:

Although the exported files of my trip data locate perfectly in GoogleEarth, any waypoint in the Data Log locates to totally wrong places in the GoogleMap/GoogleEarth window of MacTR (when doubleclicking on the waypoint).

Similarly, analyzed pictures in right column of the GeoTag window also locate to wrong places in the Preview Map, no matter how I set the Camera Time Zone, the Max Time Difference or the Camerra Time Correction.
